Zootechnics is for us the best choice for our environment, and it is set on breeding, young beef, alpine brown breed, red brindled. Our milk, is made into cheese in the dairy, or we sell it. Besides we have blue Belgian bullocks and we sell, their meat, in our store. We rear one hundred female calves to remount the herd and the males for the meat sale retail, and for the restaurant. The stable is equipped in modern manner and organized, makes confortable also man’s work. The guests, subject to approval, can visit the stud, with lipizzani horses. Besides it’s possible to visit the different breedings, and watch from open gallery cows milking. There are also a repair shop, a woodwork, a slaughter, and the laboratory, for pork meat processing, and poultry meat and rabbit meat. In the farm slaughter, open to all people, there are sometimes available side, or quarter of beef and pork carcass, of the animals, of the farm.
